Every event is supported by a dedicated team of two experienced developers — available around the clock for the full duration of your event. We run regular automated backups throughout the day so no data is ever lost. Before your event goes live, we run a full technical check and provide your team with a documented backup plan they can execute independently if needed. You are never alone on event day.
You own your data — always. Meetora processes it on your behalf and never uses it for any other purpose. All data is stored on EU-based servers, fully compliant with GDPR. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as standard with every client engagement, so your legal and procurement teams have everything they need. Our subprocessors — including hosting and email infrastructure — are all EU-compliant.
