Hosting and data ownership
Meetora is hosted in the European Union. Your attendee data remains your data. We process it on your behalf and do not use it for any other purpose.
Privacy and contractual controls
A Data Processing Agreement (AVV/DPA) is provided as standard. Meetora is designed to be GDPR-native, with role-based access control and per-tenant data isolation.
Subprocessors
Hosting, email delivery, and AI processing are all EU-compliant. A full subprocessor list is available on request.
Backups and resilience
Automated backups run throughout the event day. A documented fallback plan is available, and your event team can execute it independently if needed.
Deletion and access
Deletion of project data is available on request. Access is governed by role-based controls so only the right team members can see the right event data.
