Yes — that's exactly what Meetora is built for. You tell us how your event actually runs, and we configure the platform around that, not the other way around. There's no generic workflow you have to bend to fit.
Yes. It's entirely your choice — we can configure everything for you, or your team can configure it directly, whichever fits you better. It scales the same way whether you're running a 20-person roundtable or a 500+ attendee event with dozens of sponsors, so it doesn't ask more of a small team to get there.
Not complex at all — and you don't need any technical knowledge to run it. Meetora is built around the motto "Keep-it-simple". We handle the entire setup for you, configure everything to your event format, and train your team before go-live. On event day, your team works from a single intuitive dashboard. Most teams are fully comfortable within the first few hours.
You get a direct line to the engineers who built the platform — on call for the full duration of your event. We run regular automated backups throughout the day so no data is ever lost. Before your event goes live, we run a full technical check and provide your team with a documented backup plan they can execute independently if needed. You are never alone on event day. Every implementation runs a full test event with your real format before a single attendee is invited, so nothing goes live unverified. During your event you have a direct line to the engineers who built the platform, not a ticket queue. Once you're on board, we start with a configuration session where we understand your event structure, branding, and needs together. We then adapt the platform to your requirements — quickly and without complications. Workflows like registration and communication can be configured by your team directly. We then run a test event to make sure everything works exactly as expected before any attendees are invited. From contract to go-live typically takes a few weeks depending on your event complexity.
Absolutely. Meetora is modular and licensed per event if that's what fits you — there's no annual subscription or monthly fee sitting idle between events.
